Three Year Limited Warranty

SpringAir purifiers are serviced and warranted by the SpringCo Manufacturing Service Center at 500 West Washington St. Thomasville, GA 31792. For 90 days from original date of purchase, SpringCo will repair or replace the product without charge to the customer should the unit prove to have a manufacturing defect. 

For 3 years from the original purchase date,  SpringCo will replace any defective part without charge for the part. The customer is responsible for labor charges and for safely shipping the unit to the Service Center. SpringCo will return ship the unit by the same method that it is received at no charge to the customer.
